I purchased the Bosu balance ball last year and it was worth every penny. I workout 6 days a week and this ball is always my first choice to strengthening the core muscles. My first experience with the Bosu ball was with my personal trainer. She showed me plenty of great exercises that I was able to do at the comfort of my own home. I am working on a 4 pack and see results everyday. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone that is eager to train themselves at home.
When I'm not using it, my little boys (ages 2 and 4) are jumping around on it and developing their own sense of balance and body awareness. I have owned my BOSU now for nearly 3 years and wouldn't trade it. Not only did it help shed off a lot of weight (47lbs now). Let me say, it is worth the money. Make sure you dont over-inflate the ball; getting up on it SHOULD be difficult. but helped with my balance which has always been poor (I'm only 34).
The only downside. I've done the home workout videos, treadmill, weights and some rather silly gadgets and this is by far the best thing I own. While there are times I won't use the BOSU for days or weeks, it is rare, this IS the only equipment I have NEVER gotten bored with and look forward to using. When I dont' feel like working out, I turn on the TV, watch a favorite show and just do step up/downs. Next thing I know 20 minutes has gone by and I'm so in the mood now that I move on to other core strengtheners now that I'm done with cardio. Not enough videos aimed at BOSU users, but the few out there are pretty good.

I had previously used a Bosu ball at my trainers and wanted 1 of my own to use at home.I am very pleased with my purchase and happy with the price of the ball.
Very relaible and sturdy. Well thought out and user friendly, very tough workouts at your hands.
I wouldn't make it too high up since I like to use my core to keep myself stable. The delivery time was great and getting it put together was SIMPLE. I purchased this product a little over a month ago and I am very satisfied with it. The dvd video workout it came with is awesome. It comes with a air pump and it's that simple. Put as much air in it as you want for stability. I would recommend this product to ANYONE. Very happy to purchase this product.
